The event was conducted by the Head of the Social and Humanitarian Work Department of DDUVS, Police Lieutenant Colonel Nataliia Karnaukh.
Participants were introduced to metaphorical associative cards as an effective psychological tool that enables work with the subconscious, promotes self-awareness, reveals hidden emotions and thoughts, helps overcome internal conflicts, and supports the development of creative thinking.

Through the associations that arise when working with visual cards, the cadets gained a deeper understanding of their own motivations and attempted to find new ways to achieve their personal and professional goals.
Participants shared their insights, discussed ways to bring their ideas to life, and received feedback from the group.
Such activities contribute to the development of psychological resilience among higher education students, enhance emotional intelligence, self-reflection, and constructive interaction skills, which are important components of the professional competence of future law enforcement officers.
