The meeting for trainees of the Department for the Organization of Advanced Training and Specialization of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Distance Learning of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs was conducted by Senior Inspector of the Educational Security Service of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk Region, Police Captain Anastasiia Riabovolenko.

Together with the community police officers undergoing advanced training at DSUIA, relevant issues of HIV prevention, transmission routes, modern diagnostic and treatment methods, as well as the problem of stigma and discrimination against people living with HIV were discussed.
Special attention was paid to the role of the community police officer in fostering tolerance within the community, preventing discrimination, and ensuring the protection of human rights..
