As part of the nationwide campaign “16 Days Against Violence,” the students of the Faculty for Training Specialists for Pre-trial Investigation Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine took part in the educational game “Create a Circle of Safety. Inform About (Non)Violence.”
During the legal psychology session, participants developed essential skills: recognizing forms and manifestations of violence, analyzing risk situations, forming constructive response strategies, and fostering a responsible attitude toward personal safety and the safety of others.
The game was conducted by Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology, Sociology and Pedagogy, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Inna Shynkarenko. She emphasized the importance of forming a support circle capable of responding promptly to dangerous situations, as well as the necessity of informing competent authorities about any manifestations of violence.
The event contributed to increasing students’ awareness and developing practical skills that are extremely important for future professionals in the law enforcement field.
