A joint practical session for cadets of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs was organized by the Head of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines, Krystyna Rezvorovych, with the participation of attorney Stanislav Liflyanchyk.
During the session, the cadets attempted to recreate a full courtroom process: from preparing procedural documents to presenting the parties’ positions and drafting a proposed court decision. Participants took on the roles of plaintiff, defendant, legal representatives, and judge, which allowed them to gain a deeper understanding of the logic of proceedings and statutory requirements.
Особливу увагу зосередили на правильності оформлення матеріалів, аргументації правових позицій та вмінні працювати з нормами цивільного процесуального права. Такий формат сприяє розвитку критичного мислення, навичок юридичної комунікації та впевненості під час ухвалення рішень.
Special attention was given to the correct preparation of case materials, the argumentation of legal positions, and the ability to work with norms of civil procedural law. This format contributes to the development of critical thinking, legal communication skills, and confidence in decision-making.
At the end of the session, participants analyzed the results, discussed common mistakes and challenges, and outlined prospects for improving judicial practice in the field of civil procedure.
