Lyceum pupils through drawing and creativity expressed dreams about a safe future of Ukraine.

The event was conducted by practical psychologists of the institution within the framework of the All-Ukrainian campaign «16 Days Against Violence».

The aim of the session was formation among teenagers of a conscious attitude to the problem of violence and its consequences, development of skills of peaceful interaction, empathy and responsibility for own actions, promotion of emotional unloading through art-therapeutic methods, as well as providing the opportunity to express experiences and dreams about a future without violence.
Pupils openly shared feelings, emotions and anxieties connected with the war, created bright drawings in which they reflected faith in a peaceful future, friendship, security and a strong Ukraine. Participants practised team interaction, learned to support each other’s thoughts and respect the views of others.

The session allowed lyceum pupils to realise the ways of non-violent behaviour and the importance of forming a personal contribution to preserving peace, and also gave positive emotions, psychological relief and a sense of group unity.

Such events contribute to the formation among pupils of a humanistic worldview, emotional resilience and a responsible attitude to building a society without violence.
