The events were held with the participation of graduating students from the Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions.

Thus, representatives of the Educational and Research Institute of Law and Innovative Education of DDUVS conducted an online meeting for students of the Prometey Lyceum of the Pyatykhatky City Council, Nikopol Lyceum “Harmony,” Dnipro Technical and Economic Lyceum No. 61 “Erudite,” Solonyanskyi Lyceum of the Dnipropetrovsk region, as well as the Optima Secondary School from the Donetsk region. The educational opportunities of the university, the advantages of studying there, and details of this year’s admission campaign were presented by the Head of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines Volodymyr Kyian, along with Associate Professors Liliia Foksha and Roman Karpenko.
Senior students from Kamianske, in particular students of Lyceum No. 1 and the Anatolii Lyhun Lyceum, met with Senior Lecturer of the Department of Criminal Procedure of DDUVS, Police Captain Oleksandr Neklesa, and Inspector of the Personnel Support Sector of the Kamianske District Police Department, Police Captain Vladyslav Klymenko. They provided detailed information about the specialties offered under state-funded and tuition-based programs, spoke about preparatory courses and the university’s material and technical facilities, and separately focused on the career prospects of graduates after completing their studies at DDUVS.

Another meeting was held by the Head of the Department of Psychology, Sociology, and Pedagogy, Nataliia Komykh, who acted as a speaker at a career guidance event for students of grades 9–11 from the Sievierodonetsk district of the Luhansk region. During the event, students learned not only about the specifics of admission to DDUVS but also about opportunities to study at the Dnipro Lyceum of Security Orientation and National-Patriotic Education named after O. Hostishchev, which opens the way to a successful career in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In addition, within the framework of the All-Ukrainian campaign “16 Days Against Violence,” Nataliia Komykh delivered a lecture entitled “Games, Violence, and Rights: How to Stay Safe in the Digital World.” The lecturer explained how to protect one’s rights and personal data in the digital space and discussed with participants why violence in online games requires critical thinking.

Career guidance activities of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs are reaching an increasing number of educational institutions across Ukraine and contribute to informed professional choices by future applicants.
