On execution of the instruction of the President of Ukraine the Government presented the state digital platform Veteran PRO — a single place where all current information about benefits, programs, services and opportunities for veterans, female veterans and members of their families is collected. The project was implemented by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine.
The platform was created so that state support became maximally simple, understandable and accessible. On veteranpro.gov.ua in one place united information about:
● treatment, rehabilitation, prosthetics;
● education, employment, housing provision;
● sports, business development, social protection and other directions.
The user chooses his status (veteran/female veteran, person with disability as a result of war, family member of fallen Defender or female Defender) — and immediately receives a personalized route with clear step-by-step instructions. Each step contains description of the service, necessary documents, links to online services and contacts of responsible institutions.
Veteran PRO is designed to reduce bureaucracy, save time and increase trust in state services. Here one can quickly find needed information, submit an application online or receive consultation of a specialist in accompaniment.
Soon the functionality of the platform will be expanded: an AI-chatbot will appear, regional programs with unique offers for each oblast, catalogue of business discounts and full integration with “Diia”.
