The event was organized by the Veterans Policy Department of the Dnipro City Council and focused on pressing issues related to the rehabilitation of military veterans.
DDUVS was represented at the forum by Artem Formalov, a laboratory assistant at the Department of Civil Law Disciplines of the Educational-Scientific Institute of Law and Innovative Education, and Ivan Zmiievskyi, Deputy Head of Course at the Educational-Scientific Institute for the Training of Specialists for Preventive Units of the National Police of Ukraine.
During the forum, participants discussed key aspects of physical and psychological rehabilitation for Ukraine’s defenders, access to medical and legal services for veterans, and interdepartmental cooperation mechanisms in the field of veterans’ policy. The event served as a platform for exchanging experiences, establishing communication, and developing practical solutions aimed at supporting veterans.
The participation of DDUVS representatives in such initiatives contributes to strengthening the veterans’ community, developing the rehabilitation system, and facilitating the integration of defenders into peaceful civilian life.
