With police officers met the prorector of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, police colonel Ihor Kovalov.
Preparation under the specialization “Special Purpose Police”, qualification “Police officer of special purpose police units”, will be undergone by 16 listeners who represent Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv and Kharkiv oblasts.
Training will take place at the base of “Police Academy” of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
Listeners will master special physical training, tactics of self-defence and personal safety, algorithms of actions of special purpose police units during conducting police (special) operations and other.
Ihor Kovalov during the briefing emphasized the security component and rules of behaviour during stay both on the territory of the university and in general during business trip. Such specialization is an opportunity to acquire professional knowledge and skills that may be necessary for police officers – especially during the operation of the legal regime of martial law.
