The Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs was represented by cadet Olena Kubasova.
On December 20, 2025, a regional team athletics championship among adults, youth, and juniors took place in the city of Dnipro.
In the steeplechase discipline — a 2-kilometer run with barriers — Olena Kubasova, a cadet of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Bodies of the NPU of DSUIA, demonstrated a high level of physical fitness, endurance, and athletic skill, winning first place and the gold medal of the championship. The achieved result became confirmation of the athlete’s persistent work and the systematic training of DSUIA cadets, within which professional education is combined with active sports activities.
