Competitions during the year took place with the assistance of Dnipropetrovsk oblast organization of Physical Culture and Sports Society “Dynamo” of Ukraine. Participation was taken by national teams of law enforcement bodies, rescue services and other Forces of the security and defence sector of the oblast.
Representatives of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs competed with opponents in mini-football, athletics, table tennis, chess, checkers, hand-to-hand combat and other types of sports competitions.
As representative of the university the cup for second place was received by the head of the Department of Special Physical Training of DSUIA, police major Viktor Bohuslavskyi, who was also awarded with a certificate of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Organization of Physical Culture and Sports Society “Dynamo” of Ukraine.
The mentioned achievements testify to systematic attention to physical training of higher education applicants and employees of the university, aspiration to formation of high level of sports mastery and support of healthy lifestyle.
