DSUIA Student Tetiana Moroz Took Part in the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “Against Internet Slang”

The training took place from December 16 to 21, 2025, in the city of Ankara, Turkey.

Representatives from Ukraine, Belgium, Turkey, Bulgaria, Jordan, and Hungary participated in the project. The main goal of the project was to increase the linguistic and cultural awareness of youth, as well as to raise awareness of the influence of digital communication and Internet slang on modern language and the formation of linguistic identity.

As part of the program, a 3rd-year student of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and Innovative Education of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs Tetiana Moroz, together with the Ukrainian team, attended seminars, trainings, interactive sessions, and language discussions aimed at developing language culture, critical thinking, creativity, and intercultural dialogue.

During one of the events, Tetiana, together with the team, presented the topic of the use of the Ukrainian language in higher education institutions and in universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine system, as well as told about language standards, professional communication, and the peculiarities of speech in the activities of the National Police of Ukraine.

“This project became a truly valuable practical experience for me. It allowed me not only to deepen my knowledge of the role of language in the modern digital world, but also to worthily represent the Ukrainian language and culture in an international environment. Participation in the project became an important step in my professional and personal development,” — noted Tetiana Moroz.

Academic mobility is one of the priority areas of DSUIA’s activities. Students and cadets of the university have the opportunity to study under academic exchange programs in higher education institutions of Poland, Lithuania, Romania, and other countries, strengthening international cooperation and interaction.
