On January 20, Ukraine bows its head before the feat of the defenders of Donetsk Airport — the warriors who stood firm where it seemed there were no chances left. They were called “cyborgs” for their unbreakable spirit, endurance, and strength of will, which became a symbol of true courage and loyalty to the oath.
Today we remember every single one who defended the airfield, who held the defense until the last breath, who protected their brothers-in-arms and did not retreat in the face of danger. Their deed is not just a page of history, but a living memory in the heart of the country, an example of honor, resilience, and love for Ukraine.
