Personal Distribution of Graduating Cadets Took Place at DSUIA

The commission for distribution was headed by the Acting Head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Police Colonel Oleksandr Myrhorodskyi, and the Acting Rector of DSUIA Ihor Mahdalina. 295 cadets of the bachelor’s degree level of higher education are subject to distribution.

The distribution also involved the First Deputy Head of the Main Directorate – Head of the Investigative Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Police Colonel Inna Vlasova, Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Police Colonel Yurii Slukhaienko, Head of the Personnel Support Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Police Lieutenant Colonel Ihor Herei, and representatives of the higher education institution.

In order to clarify the proposals of the staffing bodies regarding the further employment of graduates, letters were sent to 14 Main Directorates of the National Police in the oblasts, to which responses were received.

The graduates were informed of the procedure for conducting personal distribution and the procedure for redistribution to other territorial bodies of the National Police of Ukraine was explained. During conversations with each cadet, the heads of the institutes, faculties, and employees of the personnel support department determined the motives and the presence of grounds for redistribution of graduates among the staffing Main Directorates of the National Police in the oblasts.

The graduates will be sent for further service to the territorial bodies of the National Police of fourteen oblasts of Ukraine.

The cadets were wished to worthily represent DSUIA in the bodies and units of the National Police of Ukraine, to serve the Ukrainian people, to protect the interests of the state, contributing to the approach of victory.
