The event, which took place at the Alley of Memory of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred and fallen ATO warriors, brought together representatives of city and regional authorities, law enforcement agencies, the public, and residents of the city.

Cadets of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs unfurled flags, creating a symbolic corridor along the memorial alley.
During the event, those present laid flowers at the monument commemorating the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred and fallen warriors, honoring their feat with a minute of silence. This gesture became a symbol of deep gratitude and respect for those who gave their lives for an independent and sovereign Ukraine.
