The Department of Psychological Support of DSUIA has started a series of special classes for adjuncts with the aim of support and development of personality in conditions of prolonged stress caused by the war.
The first class was conducted by the leading psychologist of the department, Hanna Mhlynets. She thoroughly examined the dynamic system of psychological indicators of personal development, explained the components from which a mature personality is formed, and also highlighted the role of biological factors, social environment, and the activity of mental and intellectual qualities of a person throughout life.
The head of the Department of Psychological Support, Serhiy Vyshnevskyi, emphasized that the increase in psychological awareness of adjuncts and postgraduate students is an important factor in professional growth.
Such activities contribute to the formation of emotional intelligence, overall psychological well-being, and positively affect all spheres of life — both personal and professional.
