Career guidance events were organized by the Department of Criminal Procedure of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.

The speakers were Associate Professor of the Department, Police Major Oleksii Boiko, and Inspector of the Personnel Support Sector of Dnipro District Police Department No. 2 of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk Region, Police Lieutenant Svitlana Zhadan.
The meetings were held with students of the Petrykivka, Ivanivka, and Yelyzavetivka lyceums. Particular attention was focused on the issue of admission to the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs as a leading legal higher education institution in Dnipropetrovsk Region.
Issues related to the admission conditions to DSUIA were raised, the requirements for applicants, the admission algorithm, the availability of preparatory courses, and academic programs were explained.
In addition, prospective applicants who express a desire to apply under the state-funded quota to the faculties for training specialists for pre-trial investigation bodies and for training specialists for criminal police units of the National Police of Ukraine were provided with information on the procedure for completing applications on the official website osvita.np.gov.ua and were given a relevant video instruction.
Students received comprehensive answers to all their questions, in particular regarding the security component, classroom facilities, the availability of training grounds for practical classes, and more.
The joint career guidance activities carried out contributed to the formation of a positive image of service in the bodies of the National Police of Ukraine among students.
