Cadets and students of DSUIA, as well as pupils of the Dnipro Lyceum named after O. Hostishchev of the MIA, communicated with fighters of the 15th Operational Purpose Brigade named after Hero of Ukraine Lieutenant Bohdan Zavada of the National Guard of Ukraine “Kara-Dag”.
The meeting was opened by the Vice-Rector of DSUIA, Police Colonel Ihor Kovalov. He emphasized that the fighters of the unit perform important work every day, protecting the peace of the civilian population.
The event took place in the format of live communication. The Commander of the 15th Brigade of the National Guard, Colonel Oleksandr Bukatar, introduced his comrades to those present and spoke about service, everyday life and the use of the latest technologies in the combat work of the unit.
Cadets, students and lyceum pupils saw unmanned aerial vehicles used by the fighters of the “Kara-Dag” brigade, discussed ways of using drones, software, methods of conducting combat operations.
Those present actively asked questions to the fighters.
At the end, Ihor Kovalov presented the fighters with the university flag with wishes of strong health, successful service and the soonest Victory.
