“Current Issues of Operational and Investigative Activity”: Meeting of the Scientific Circle at DSUIA

The meeting was organized by the Department of Operational and Investigative Activity of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the National Police of Ukraine. The event was conducted in compliance with security requirements.

The topic of the meeting was current problems of legislative support for operational and investigative activity in Ukraine under martial law.

The meeting was opened by lecturer of the department Eduard Kopylov. Members of the circle — cadets Yehor Biletskyi, Iryna Petrychenko, Rostyslav Khomenko and others — delivered presentations and took an active part in the discussion of problematic issues related to the topic.

Additionally, the scientific supervisor of the circle, Professor of the Department Vitalii Teliichuk, familiarized those present with the requirements and deadlines for preparing abstracts for participation in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “International and National Security: Theoretical and Applied Aspects”, dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the founding of DSUIA, which will take place in March at the university.

Such events contribute to the development of research competencies of cadets, the formation of critical thinking, a deeper understanding of modern challenges of operational and investigative activity under martial law, as well as the training of highly professional specialists.
