The work of the School was implemented under the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine of Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University with the support of the Supreme Court and conducted in Kyiv.

Senior lecturer of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines Iryna Shylo joined the event.
The School’s instructors were leading Ukrainian scholars and judges of the Supreme Court, who shared practical experience in law enforcement and modern approaches to interpreting criminal law norms.
Within the educational programme, special attention was paid to discussing the draft of the new Criminal Code of Ukraine, key conceptual changes, prospects for its implementation, and its impact on law enforcement and judicial practice.

Iryna Shylo’s participation in the School of Professional Development contributed to enhancing her professional level as a lecturer of criminal law disciplines and to introducing modern scientific and practical approaches into the educational process.
