Cadet Denys Lushpaiev from Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs took part in the European Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Championship, held from February 5 to 18 in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia.
The large-scale sporting event brought together over a thousand young athletes from 34 European countries, competing for top positions in their weight and age categories. Over several days of competition, fighters demonstrated technical skill, endurance, and strength of character in intense bouts.
Representing the national team, Denys Lushpaiev, a cadet training to become a specialist for the pre-trial investigation units of the National Police of Ukraine, proudly represented Ukraine, showcasing a high level of preparation, steel-like resilience, and sportsmanship.
Participation in a competition of this level was not only a valuable experience for the athlete but also an opportunity to demonstrate his abilities on a prestigious international stage.
