A training session titled “Stress as a Resource: Through Challenges to Growth” was conducted by the university’s psychologists as part of systematic work on psychological support for personnel.

The purpose of the event was to develop future law enforcement officers’ skills in effective self-regulation and a conscious attitude toward stress factors in professional activity.
During the training, interactive exercises were used to help participants understand their own reactions to stress, analyze personal resources, develop emotional control, and learn constructive ways to overcome tension. Cadets practiced self-soothing techniques, cognitive reframing of difficult situations, and methods for maintaining inner balance.

Special attention was paid to the prevention of professional burnout—one of the key risks in police work. Psychologists emphasized that the acquired skills would contribute to improving professional performance and preserving mental health.
The event was held in a productive and open atmosphere that encouraged interaction and was aimed at the personal and professional development of the participants. The training resulted in increased awareness of personal emotional states and enhanced readiness of cadets to overcome professional challenges.
