On the eve of the competitions, the team met with the Acting Rector Ihor Mahdalina and the Vice-Rector of DSUIA, Police Colonel Ihor Kovalov.
In February 2026, kettlebell lifting competitions will take place within the framework of the Championship of Ukraine among higher education institutions under the management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs team will be represented by 7 athletes under the guidance of the coach, Police Captain Dmytro Anisimov.
During the meeting, Ihor Mahdalina noted that DSUIA athletes always maintain a high level, and the team has great potential. He wished the athletes victories, inspiration, and determination.
