The event was organized by Senior Lecturer of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure Mykola Repan.
Participants in the class were trainees of the Department of Organization of Advanced Training and Specialization of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Distance Learning of DSUIA, who were newly recruited to the National Police of Ukraine.
District police officer of the Sector of District Police Officers of the Community Interaction Department of the Kropyvnytskyi District Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kirovohrad Oblast, Police Lieutenant Valeria Kulichenko, met with the trainees.
Valeria Kulichenko noted that the district police officer is the face of law enforcement at the local level, and the entire law enforcement system is judged by their work.
In the officer’s opinion, interaction between services is no less important, as it is aimed at coordinating efforts to ensure public safety, counter crime, and provide assistance to citizens under martial law conditions.
In addition, the functions and powers of the police under martial law were raised.
Such classes contribute to the professional development of young police officers and their effective integration into practical activities.
