The university continues to unite military veterans in social initiatives within the framework of the “Titans Chefs” project.
The event was attended by the Acting Rector of DSUIA Ihor Mahdalina and the Vice-Rector, Police Colonel Ihor Kovalov.
The meeting was held on the initiative of the university administration and within the framework of the “Friendly Support” project of the Department of Education, Science and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
This time, veterans from Dnipro were joined by employees of various units of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Luhansk Oblast, in particular the Assistant Head on Veterans’ Policy Oleksandr Bilozercev.
During the Masnytsia event, participants and their family members prepared pancakes, pies, and syrniki. The assortment of prepared dishes was wide, various recipes were used to demonstrate the breadth of the “folk menu” for the farewell-to-winter holiday.
After the cooking was completed, the master class participants held a traditional tasting of their own dishes.
Through such events, DSUIA contributes to the involvement of veterans’ family members in joint adaptation.
