Congratulations on the Day of the State Emblem of Ukraine

NEWS

Dear colleagues, cadets, students, lyceum pupils!

Today we celebrate the Day of the State Emblem of Ukraine — a symbol that embodies our statehood, historical continuity and aspiration for freedom.

The Tryzub is not just a sign on documents or flags. It is the code of our nation, a sign of strength, dignity and responsibility for the country’s future. It unites generations of Ukrainians who, at different times, fought for the right to have their own state and independently determine their path.

For our university, this symbol has special significance. We train specialists who will serve Ukraine, protect its citizens, law and security, guided by the values embedded in the State Emblem: honor, courage, loyalty and responsibility.

Today, more than ever, we realize that state symbols are not a formality, but an inner guide that obliges us to act with dignity, professionally and with love for the Motherland.

I wish all of us unity, strength of spirit and faith in Ukraine.

May the State Emblem always be a symbol of our resilience, victory and peaceful future.

With respect
Ihor Mahdalina,
Acting Rector of DSUIA
