As part of practice-oriented training of students, a lecture-discussion on the topic “Tasks and Functions of the Security Police as a Unit of the National Police of Ukraine” was held at the university.

The speaker of the event was the Head of the Personnel Support Department of the Security Police Directorate in Dnipropetrovsk Region, Police Major Oleksii Novikov.
During the meeting, cadets were informed about the main tasks and powers of the Security Police within the structure of the National Police of Ukraine, the specifics of facility protection, response to “Alarm” signals, as well as the procedure for staffing units and performing service. The event was held in the format of an open dialogue—students received answers to current questions regarding service and career prospects.
