Day of Resistance to the Occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol: Educational Conversation for DSUIA Cadets

Cadets of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the NPU took part in the event.

The meeting was conducted by Senior Lecturer of the Department of Tactical and Special Training Dmytro Bodyrev and Instructor of the Department of Firearms Training, military veteran Kostiantyn Khodak.

During the event, emphasis was placed on the historical significance of the pro-Ukrainian rally that took place on February 26, 2014, under the walls of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. Other acts of civic courage by the residents of the peninsula and the legal aspects of the struggle for territorial integrity were discussed.

Kostiantyn Khodak emphasized that the future de-occupation of Crimea is an integral part of Ukraine’s Victory and the restoration of historical justice.

The event became an important element of national-patriotic education for future law enforcement officers and contributed to a deep awareness of historical truth, the formation of a steadfast civic position and respect for those who resist the occupation.
