Monitoring of DSUIA Cadets’ Internships in National Police Units Continues

Academic and teaching staff of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs are monitoring the progress of cadets’ internships in operational units of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk Region.

The Department of Operational and Investigative Activities of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs visited the Criminal Investigation Department units of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk Region, where third-year cadets of the Faculty for Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the National Police of Ukraine are undergoing their internships.

The internship process was inspected by Associate Professor of the Department of Operational and Investigative Activities, Police Major Andrii Kyseliov.

During the internship, cadets became familiar with their future profession by participating in practical measures aimed at preventing, detecting, documenting, and investigating criminal offenses.

The internship is conducted to provide cadets with a clear understanding of the role, nature of activities, organization, methods, and tactics of criminal police units, and contributes to improving the practical training of cadets.

In addition, such activities help develop solid knowledge, abilities, and skills necessary for future operational officers to successfully carry out police tasks in combating crime.
