A ceremonial laying of flowers and a minute of silence were held at the Monument to Fallen Law Enforcement Defenders in Dnipro.
Together with representatives of regional and city authorities, the public, law enforcement agencies, and the clergy, Vice-Rector of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel Ihor Kovalov, joined the event.
Participants laid flowers and honored the heroic sacrifice of their colleagues with a minute of silence. The event became an important expression of unity and support within the professional community, fostering a culture of respect for those who fulfilled their duty to the last breath.
The memory of the fallen law enforcement officers is not only a tribute of respect, but also a moral guideline for the younger generation of officers. Their work requires daily dedication to society, demonstration of honor, and high professionalism.
