Ruslan Lupyr, the Authorized Officer for Anti-Corruption Activities of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, met with cadets of the Faculty for Training Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine.
During the meeting, emphasis was placed on the strict compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption” regarding the implementation of financial control measures, in particular the submission of the annual declaration for the previous year on property, income, expenses, and financial liabilities by declaring entities studying at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
Ruslan Lupyr also stressed that the final deadline for submitting annual declarations is March 31, 2026. He pointed out the need to generate the “Data for Declaration” certificate in the Register of Declarations, as well as the necessity of obtaining income information through the electronic cabinet of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
Typical mistakes made when completing the declaration were also reviewed separately, including the declaration of close persons and their income, declarants’ vehicles and real estate, including rented property, as well as the specifics of declaring payments received under state social support programs in 2025.
