Women veterans, wives and mothers of fallen, captured, and missing defenders took part in the event.
The meeting, as an environment for support and recovery, was organized by the Assistant to the Rector of DSUIA on Gender Issues, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor Larysa Nalyvaiko, and Head of the Department of Psychological Support Serhii Vyshnevskyi. The master class was conducted by aromapractitioner with ten years of experience Nataliia Vereda.
The purpose of the event was to create a safe, supportive space for emotional relief, psychological stabilization, and strengthening internal resources of women through aromatherapy practices and mutual support.
Specific objectives of the event included: psycho-emotional support (reduction of stress, anxiety and emotional exhaustion levels, provision of self-help tools for daily use); restoration of internal resources (assistance to participants in forming a sense of support, strength and control over their own state, support of adaptation processes to difficult life circumstances); familiarization with the basics of aromatherapy: principles of action of essential oils, training in safe use of natural aromas, creation of personal resource aroma; social support and cohesion (formation of a space of trust and mutual understanding, reduction of isolation feeling, development of a community of mutual support); psychological stabilization through sensory practices.

Participants received a positive mood, practical skills for reducing stress levels. They gained a sense of support, personally created their own resource aroma composition, and mastered self-regulation techniques for everyday life.
