Cadets of the first year of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the NPU of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs took part in the event.
The meeting entitled “Strong. Free. Real. P.S. – Born to Be Unbreakable” was conducted by the Deputy Head of the Course, Senior Police Lieutenant Yuliia Khorolska. The event was dedicated to the role of women in modern society, the combination of service, motherhood and personal development.
The participants shared their thoughts, life stories and views on the future, told why they chose this particular profession and what it means to them to be a strong, free and real Ukrainian female police officer.
During the meeting, Yuliia Khorolska also shared her own life experience and gave advice on how to achieve a balance between service, family and child rearing.
Such events contribute to the formation in female cadets of conscious gender identity, the development of leadership qualities, the cultivation of resilience and self-confidence, as well as the strengthening of motivation for service in the National Police of Ukraine.
