Specialists and cadets of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs presented the educational institution to prospective applicants.

Introductory meetings with graduating students of lyceums in Zakarpattia region were organized by the Department of Criminal Procedure: Professor Volodymyr Fedchenko, Professor and Police Major Viktoriia Rohalska, and Senior Lecturer and Police Lieutenant Colonel Yuliia Shendryk. An invited speaker also joined the events — Mariiana Kelman, Inspector of the Human Resources Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Zakarpattia region.
During the meeting, graduates were provided with key information about admission to the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, fields of study, main selection criteria, and the specifics of organizing the educational process. Particular attention was paid to the advantages of studying in the specialty D8 “Law” and opportunities for further employment. An online algorithm for applicant registration through filling out a form was also demonstrated.

Cadets of the Faculty for Training Specialists for the Pre-Trial Investigation Units of the National Police of Ukraine, together with the Deputy Dean, Police Major Elvira Sydorova, held a meeting with senior students of the Lykhivskyi Lyceum. High school students were informed about the specifics of the educational process at the university, the living conditions of cadets, their daily routine, as well as opportunities for scientific, sports, and creative self-realization during their studies.

Such events encourage young people to make a conscious choice of their future profession, help them better understand the specifics of service in law enforcement agencies, and motivate graduates to join the ranks of future specialists in the field of law and public order.
