Guests of the institution were veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war, employees of the Special Purpose Police Unit No. 3 of the Special Purpose Police Department “United Assault Brigade of the National Police ‘Liut’” – Police Major Pavlo Smyrnov and Police Captain Bohdan Brusenko.

During the session, the practitioners spoke about the structure of the unit and the specifics of service in the special purpose police. They explained in detail the procedure for service, professional standards and requirements for police officers, and also described the tasks performed by the units under martial law.
Pavlo Smyrnov and Bohdan Brusenko shared their own combat experience with the participants, explained how to make the right decisions, and what practical skills are necessary for rapid response. They also spoke about the courage of Ukrainian defenders and their comrades who gave their lives for the country, emphasizing the importance of discipline and professional training for police officers.
The meeting allowed the participants to gain a real understanding of the work of special purpose units, combine theoretical knowledge with practical skills, and ask specific questions to specialists who have combat experience.
