The event was held on the occasion of the Day of the Ukrainian Volunteer.
Cadets of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the NPU took part in the meeting. The cadets met with military veteran and current employee of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs Oleksandr Chuchko.
The defender shared his experience with the cadets, told about his path, how he stood up to defend Ukraine in 2022, and how he became a platoon commander.
During the meeting, emphasis was placed on the special significance of the volunteer movement as a symbol of national unity and unbreakable spirit.
The cadets considered the legal and moral aspects of the phenomenon of the volunteer movement, which became the foundation of the modern defense system of the country and an example of the highest civic responsibility.
