Greetings on the 60th Anniversary of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs

Dear colleagues, officers, cadets, students, lyceum students, and veterans!

I sincerely congratulate everyone on the 60th anniversary of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.

Six decades represent an entire era of formation, development, and strengthening of the authority of our educational institution. During this time, the university has become an important center for training specialists for the security and defense sector, and thousands of its graduates serve the state with dignity, ensure law and order, and protect the rights and freedoms of citizens of Ukraine.

Today, Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs is a modern educational and scientific center where strong academic traditions, innovative approaches to education, and practice-oriented training are combined. A significant foundation of this development is the well-developed material and technical base of the university – modern educational spaces, specialized training grounds, laboratories, and training complexes that ensure high-quality preparation of future specialists.

An important area of the university’s activity is the support of military veterans. We consistently create conditions for their education, professional realization, and social adaptation, because it is fundamentally important for us that those who defended Ukraine have the opportunity to confidently build their future in peaceful life.

A special place in our educational ecosystem is occupied by the Oleksandr Hostishchev Dnipro Lyceum of Security Orientation and National-Patriotic Education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It is here that a young generation of conscious citizens is formed, who from an early age are raised on the values of service to the state, respect for the law, and love for Ukraine.

I express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff of the university – teachers, researchers, officers, administrative and technical employees. It is thanks to your daily work, professionalism, and responsibility that the university continues to develop, preserve its traditions, and confidently look to the future.

Special words of gratitude go to the veterans of the university who laid the foundation for its development, as well as to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for constant support, trust, and assistance in the development of the institution. This cooperation makes it possible to implement new educational projects, strengthen infrastructure, and improve the training of specialists.

Today, when Ukraine is going through difficult trials of war, the university continues to fulfill its main mission – to train specialists capable of serving the state, strengthening security, and protecting citizens.

I wish Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs further development, new educational and scientific achievements, strengthening of its authority, and confident progress forward. To our entire university community – health, inspiration, unity, and new accomplishments.
