An official investigation has been launched at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs regarding the dissemination online of information about improper behavior by cadets during participation in search operations.

During the investigation, the individuals involved in the incident have already been identified.

The university administration firmly condemns any manifestations of disrespect for human dignity, especially in situations related to tragedies and loss of life. Such behavior is unacceptable for a higher education applicant at an institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system and a future law enforcement officer.

At present, the official investigation continues in order to fully establish the circumstances of the event and provide a legal assessment of the actions of all involved persons. The results will be reported additionally.

The university expresses sincere condolences to the relatives and close ones of the deceased.
