At Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, a meeting dedicated to road safety issues took place. Lecturers and employees of DSUIA took part in the event.
Inspector of the Road Safety Department of the Patrol Police Department in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast of the Patrol Police Department, Police Captain Dmytro Kozar, spoke before those present.
The officer told in detail about the risks associated with the transition from the winter season and the dangerous situations that drivers should pay attention to. It was noted about the sections of Dnipro highways where, from April 1 to November 1, 2026, the speed limit changes towards increasing the permitted speed.
The meeting participants were reminded of the basic rules of safe behavior on the road. Particular attention was paid to the issues of safe crossing of pedestrian crossings and intersections. The speaker also emphasized the importance of observing the speed limit.
Such meetings contribute to increasing the level of safety and forming responsible behavior of all road users.
