Memorial ceremonies involving cadets and the university leadership took place near the Monument to fallen defenders of law and order in Dnipro.
Together with representatives of regional and city authorities, the public, security agencies, and the clergy, the Vice-Rector of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel Ihor Kovaliov, and cadets joined the event. Those present laid flowers at the monument and honored the memory of the fallen with a minute of silence.
