District police officers completed their specialization at DSUIA

Twenty-two trainees of the Department for Advanced Training and Specialization of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Distance Learning of DSUIA successfully completed their studies and received certificates.

District police officers represented Dnipropetrovsk, Khmelnytskyi, Kherson, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Lviv regions. Over the course of 24 days, they underwent specialized training, during which they studied topics related to constitutionalism, human rights protection, the development of stress resilience, and effective communication.

Separate modules were devoted to anti-corruption legislation, as well as firearms and tactical training. During the training, special emphasis was placed on the practical aspects of a district police officer’s work.

The final stage was a comprehensive exam that included both theoretical and practical components.

The graduates met with the Vice-Rector of DSUIA, Police Colonel Ihor Kovalov. In his address, he emphasized the importance of continuous professional development and improvement of practical skills, after which he presented the trainees with the corresponding certificates.
