Training for investigators and detectives: short-term advanced training at DSUIA

Before the start of the advanced training program, the Vice-Rector of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel Ihor Kovalov, addressed the trainees.

Thirty investigators and detectives from Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions, who specialize in investigating criminal offenses involving children, began their training under the advanced training program.

The program covers key issues of criminal procedural legislation, regulatory acts in the field of combating domestic violence, as well as current aspects of preventing and counteracting crimes committed against children.

During the briefing, Ihor Kovalov urged participants to approach their studies responsibly and emphasized the importance of complying with safety requirements during training.

Such advanced training programs make it possible to improve the professional competencies of National Police of Ukraine officers, ensuring more effective performance of tasks related to the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of children.
