At Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, investigators and inquirers of the National Police of Ukraine authorized to investigate criminal offenses involving children completed short-term advanced training.
The listeners represented Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Luhansk oblasts.
Vice-Rector of DSUIA, Police Colonel Ihor Kovalov emphasized the importance of professional training of police officers, which determines their level as specialists. He noted that it is the investigators and inquirers who play a decisive role in establishing the truth in each case, especially when it comes to crimes related to children.
Thirty listeners successfully completed the advanced training program, who mastered the main problematic issues of criminal procedural legislation, normative legal acts in the field of countering domestic violence, as well as current aspects of prevention and counteraction to offenses committed against children.
After passing the comprehensive final exam, all participants received the relevant certificates.
