The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the OSCE organized the training. Cadets of higher education institutions of the MoIA of Ukraine attended the event.
The winter school classes were held on February 20–22, 2024, in the village of Tatariv in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. The trainers were OSCE specialists. Among the participants in the classes are cadets of the National Institute of Law and Training of Specialists for National Police Units of the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs.
Winter school classes are held with the aim of improving the qualification level of higher education applicants and practicing effective methods of investigating crimes related to human trafficking. An important aspect was the exchange of experience and best practices between participants from different parts of Ukraine.
