During the event, Nataliya Karnaukh, the head of the department of educational, social-humanitarian, and cultural-mass work, provided the cadets with an overview of the activities undertaken at the university. Particular attention was focused on volunteering as one of the key areas of national and patriotic education.
Nataliya Karnaukh believes that the involvement of cadets from DSUIA in helping military personnel, internally displaced persons, and war victims is an effective tool for fostering a patriotic spirit in future police officers.

He explained to the cadets the requirements and caveats of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption” regarding the receipt of a gift and emphasized the inadmissibility of receiving an unlawful benefit and the onset of administrative and criminal liability for violations of anti-corruption legislation.
