Countering Russian propaganda: social project “BRAMA” from cyber police

The project was initiated by the Department of the Cyber Police of the National Police of Ukraine with the objective of enhancing the media literacy of citizens, preventing hostile propaganda on the Internet, and countering disinformation and illegal content in the information domain.

The “BRAMA” initiative brings together individuals and representatives from both the private and public sectors to combat Russian propaganda online.

Goals of the developers of the “BRAMA” project:

⦁ destruction of Russian cells on the Internet;

⦁ reducing the level of bullying and harassment in the network;

⦁ countering drugs and fraud;

⦁ education and training on cyber hygiene, etc.

Join the BRAMA online community and help the country anytime, anywhere, safely.

The developers offer participants the chance to report the source of unacceptable content for its subsequent blocking, get tips on media literacy, learn about dangerous scams spreading online, hostile fakes, and more.

Users do not need much more than a phone or a computer to join in on the project, just some time to spare for a worthwhile cause.
