The event was organized by the Department of Economic and Information Security at the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs. Participants practiced the features of the “102 Line” operation and the main informational resources of the National Police.
As part of the “Information Support for Professional Activities” discipline, cadets of the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs study the operation of the Information Portal of the National Police of Ukraine, the information and communication system TSUNAMI, Arsenal, ODK, Orion, etc.
Participants gain knowledge through the use of the information-technical platform of comprehensive training “Line 102”, part of which is an emulator of the information-telecommunication system “TSUNAMI” developed by the authorial team of the Department of Economic and Information Security at the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs. Cadets familiarize themselves with the system during the discussion of the topic “Educational information-technical platform for comprehensive operational-tactical training “Line 102”.
During the practical session, cadets mastered the skills of using the TSUNAMI system emulator in responding to citizens’ messages. Throughout the event, they practiced roles as applicants, created electronic “102 cards”, worked at the training workplaces of the dispatchers of the Situational Centers of the National Police Headquarters, performed assigned electronic tasks as patrol police response groups, prepared electronic reports, and learned to attach photo and video evidence to the report, received and corrected electronic reports at the training workplaces of the district police department duty officers.
Thanks to the practical session, knowledge of the operation of the TSUNAMI system and the flow of information during the response to citizens’ requests has been improved, from the caller’s report to the placement of collected primary materials about the event in the “Single Registry” subsystem of the Information Portal of the National Police.
