The forum was held with the aim of promoting the disclosure of the personal and professional potential of women and girls, uniting female leaders from various fields of activity, forming a community and support, as well as overcoming life challenges.
DSUIA was represented by Larisa Nalyvaiko, Assistant Rector for Gender Issues; Victor Bohuslavskyi, Head of the Department of Special Physical Training; Nataliia Bachynska, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Special Physical Training; Iryna Skrypchenko, Head of the Department of Physical Education and Tactical Special Training; Oksana Boturchuk, Lecturer at the Department of Physical Education and Tactical Special Training; Margarita Chobotko, Lecturer at the Department of Special Physical Training, and others.
Participants were greeted by: Ambassador of the European Union to Ukraine Katarina Mathernova, Government Commissioner for Gender Policy in the Cabinet of Ministers Katerina Levchenko, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Katerina Pavlichenko, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Croatia to Ukraine Anica Djamic, and Deputy Head of the Regional State Administration – Head of the Regional Military Administration Iryna Hrytsai.
After the plenary session, participants listened to presentations by speakers on the role of women in social, law enforcement, and defense spheres, in science, business, and sports.
