Cadet of the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs, Olena Lukyanenko, took first place in the category of “Artistic Reading” at the International Art Contest “Creative Geniuses of the Present.”
The contest was held online with the aim of popularizing cultural values and national memory to strengthen Ukrainian identity, preserve and develop national cultures, and promote the development of talented and gifted youth.
Taking part in the contest was the cadet of the Institute of Law and Training of Specialists for Units of the National Police of the DSUIA, Olena Lukyanenko. Her academic advisor was Olga Maksymenko, head of the Department of Ukrainian Studies and Foreign Languages. For her recitation, a passage from the dramatic poem “The Possessed” by Lesia Ukrainka was chosen.
Based on the voting results of the jury members, Olena was awarded first place in the category of “Artistic Reading.”
