DSUIA has launched a series of psychological training sessions for ambassadors of the TitansUA project

The event was opened by Rector Oleksandr MORGUNOV and Deputy Head of the Regional Military Administration Nadiya ZADOROZHNA.

Military personnel undergoing rehabilitation after injuries and who have expressed a desire to join the “Equal to Equal” program participated in the training.

The program trainers were Serhiy VYSHNEVSKYI, Head of the Psychological Support Department at DSUIA, and Kyrylo NEDRIA, Head of the Department of Humanities and Psychology of Police Activities. Participants discussed breaking down barriers, studied support principles considering trauma, self-care rules, supervision, and discussed problematic issues during program implementation and the basics of the communication process.

The event was attended by Anton KOL, a Ukrainian swimmer, medalist of the Paralympic Games, and a Master of Sports of Ukraine of international class. He greeted the participants and urged ambassadors to always be attentive to each other and live a full life.

Organizers noted that further training of group leaders is planned within the “Equal to Equal” program.
